Your Next Destination – lawpilots

RevOps isn’t a support function - it’s the nervous system of modern B2B SaaS companies. At lawpilots, you make compliance learning measurable: You bring structure to complex go-to-market processes, transform raw data into actionable insights, and ensure that Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance function as a cohesive revenue engine. If you want to do more than just manage, if you want to truly shape the business, then this is your role as a Salesforce & Revenue Operations Specialist.

Ready for Take-off – Your Mission

  • In your role as a Salesforce & Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success as your primary stakeholders, while also serving as a sounding board for Marketing, Support, Product, and Finance.
  • You’ll be responsible for building, developing, and optimizing our tech stack—primarily Salesforce and Zendesk and ensuring that our tools integrate seamlessly throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Your commitment leads to scalable workflows and automations across all GTM functions, reducing operational friction and making efficiency measurable.
  • You’ll develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide our stakeholders with real insights to inform decision-making—not just numbers that no one reads.
  • Through your efforts, you’ll actively help shape pipeline transparency at lawpilots: You’ll identify bottlenecks, derive recommendations for action, and drive improvements independently.
  • You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for operational initiatives—from lead handoffs and onboarding automation to support routing—and become the go-to person within the company for RevOps tooling and data-related questions.
  • As part of our team, you’ll use AI tools strategically to make your processes smarter.

What you bring on board - Your Profile

  • You have solid professional experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM administration and have previously worked in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Your Salesforce skills go beyond the basics—you configure, automate, and optimize independently; initial experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a plus.
  • You have hands-on experience with Zendesk or comparable support and customer service tools and know how to integrate them into an overarching RevOps architecture.
  • Analytical thinking isn’t just a buzzword for you—you enjoy working with data, identifying patterns, and deriving concrete actions from them.
  • You’re proactive, quickly find your way in unclear situations, and take the initiative to bring the right people on board; instead of waiting for a ready-made process, you build it yourself.
  • You’ve gained initial experience with AI tools in an operational context and are open to actively integrating new technologies into your workflow.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English, both in writing and verbally.
