As a leading provider of innovative e-learning for law and compliance, lawpilots is looking for a Head of RevOps (all genders) to scale our revenue operating system in Berlin. In this key role, you will bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Finance, transforming our GTM operations into a high-performance engine. If you are ready to take full ownership of a complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud environment within a PE-backed scale-up and drive data-driven decision-making at the highest level, this is your mission as a Head of RevOps (all genders).
Ready for Take-off – Your Mission
  • In your role as Head of RevOps, you work directly with our Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Customer Experience Team.

  • You are responsible for owning and scaling the revenue operating system to ensure reliability and ease of use.

  • Your perspective is crucial in taking full ownership of our Salesforce Revenue Cloud setup to stabilize, document, and scale the system for long-term reliability.

  • You oversee revenue integrity and operational excellence by safeguarding accuracy across quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.

  • In your responsibility lies the development of trusted dashboards and forecasting models for leadership and investors.

  • You develop and evolve our GTM tool stack to support targeted motions like intent-based outbound selling and ABM.
  • Together with your team, you work closely with Finance to ensure billing accuracy and audit readiness while eliminating fragile manual workarounds.
What you bring on board - Your profile
  • You bring extensive experience in B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups (50-300 employees, $5M-$30M ARR).

  • Your technical qualifications include hands-on ownership of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ logic design, and architectural optimization.

  • You are proficient in revenue reporting and KPI design, with the ability to enable data-driven decision-making across the full funnel.

  • As a structured communicator, you can explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate a growth mindset with a bias toward scalable solutions.

  • Your working style is characterized by an ownership mentality and the ability to remain calm and reliable under pressure, especially in post-migration environments.

  • You have experience using AI to automate revenue operations processes and are ideally familiar with Clay workflows.
  • You possess a strong analytical capability and are used to working in environments with complex pricing models and mid-market GTM motions.

  • We warmly welcome you anytime to our office at Potsdamer Platz, but you can also choose a hybrid or fully remote work model.
  • You can organize your working hours flexibly and, if you wish and upon agreement, make use of a workation within Europe.
  • We offer 28 vacation days plus one additional day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, our office remains closed.
  • We support your social engagement and grant you two additional days off per year for this purpose.
  • We subsidize sports, lunch, or public transport up to €50/month.
