Intro
As a Revenue Tools & Salesforce Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our Strategy & Operations Team. You will be our expert for Salesforce and other essential tools used daily by our Go-to-Market teams – including Sales, (Key) Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure the efficient use of the right systems, making our teams’ daily work smarter and more scalable. Your mission
System Administration & Tool Management
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce: workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
  • Managing and developing our GTM tech stack, e.g., Salesforce, Clay, RingCentral, Calendly
  • Ensuring data quality and supporting automation processes
Enablement & Adoption
  • Training colleagues and creating clear documentation on tool usage
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members through system enablement measures
  • Promoting the effective use of our tools and providing support
Internal & External Collaboration
  • Working with internal teams (Sales, (K)AM, CS, Marketing & Ops) to implement new processes and tools
  • Coordinating projects with external partners and service providers (e.g., Salesforce consultants, developers)
  • Ensuring that project requirements are clearly communicated and effectively implemented
Process & Data Orientation
  • Mapping and improving efficient Go-to-Market processes within our operational tools
  • Supporting the analysis and visualization of process data (e.g., through Salesforce dashboards)
Your profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations, or Tool Enablement
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud (ideally with Admin certification)
  • Structured and independent working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks and implement pragmatic solutions
  • Comfortable working with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers
  • Familiarity with other revenue-related tools such as Leadfeeder, Apollo, and RingCentral
  • Fluent in German (at least B2) and English
