As we scale, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Team Lead Product to lead and expand our product management and user experience teams while also remaining hands-on in execution.

As the Team Lead Product, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product vision based on the company's business strategy, ensuring we build innovative, user-centered, and market-leading products. You will oversee our Product Management and User Experience teams while also rolling up your sleeves to work directly on key product initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of product vision, leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver outstanding products that drive business growth.

Your mission

Product Vision: Define and own the overall product vision, aligning with company goals and market needs.
Leadership & Hands-on Product Execution: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Product Management and UX team while maintaining a hands-on approach to key product initiatives. This includes defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and directly contributing to product development where necessary.
Hands-on Execution: Work closely with the team to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and directly contribute to product development when needed.
User & Data-Driven Product Development: Ensure product decisions are informed by a combination of user research, usability testing, analytics and market insights. Use qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve our products and enhance user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Content, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of key product initiatives. This includes supporting go-to-market strategies by collaborating with Marketing and Sales to ensure effective product positioning, launch planning, and customer education
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report to leadership and key stakeholders on product performance, priorities, and strategic plans.

Your profile

7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B/B2C products.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing Product Managers and UX professionals.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Deep understanding of user research, UX/UI best practices, and data-driven product development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.
Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS-based products, particularly in the EdTech and RegTech industries. Experience in eCommerce is also beneficial..
Familiarity with modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
Background in UX design, engineering, or data analytics is a plus.
